Hi and welcome! My first post on TPU was about a missflash of an old ATI card I had. Wizzard had made a tutorial how to blindflash it back in 2007 or so.

So, i have a RX 580 2048sp MINGZHOU without any S/N or reference number, i have:

CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core (TM) i3-12100 3.30 GHz
RAM: 8gb Asgard 3200 mhz (normal speed now is 2133 mhz)
MOBO: MSI PRO H610M-E
STORAGE: 128 GB SSD+ 500 GB HDD
GPU: RX 580 2048SP (Samsung K4G80325FC, CORE number: 215-0876406)

that's all i can provide, my pc just won't boot normally, when i press the button to start cannot even reach the bios screen and then turn off!
so, the process of flashing the BIOS chip without a display is impossible!

I am not sure if you properly set the IGD. Please execute the following without the graphics card installed:
  1. Press DEL key during boot to enter the bios
  2. Press on F7 to switch to Advanced mode
  3. Navigate to settings -> Integrated Grahics Configuration
  4. Change Initiate Graphic Adapter to IGD
  5. Change IGD Multi-Monitor to Disabled
  6. Save and reboot system
  7. After reboot, turn off system and insert the graphics card
You should now be able to boot into Windows with the graphics card installed.

This bios should be the "original one"

Alternative D00034 bioses which might work:

I've added a couple of bioses to my previous message. Didn't noticed you already replied when I was editing :p

Please follow the steps of eidairaman1 flash guide. For flashing you must use amdvbflash 2.93
For RX 500 Series (Polaris) and Older:

Get amdvbflash 2.93

https://www.techpowerup.com/download/ati-atiflash/

Then look for Version 4.68, underneath 4.68 you will see a link to show older version, click that and you should see version 2.93

Follow these steps carefully:

1. Open your "C:" drive in Windows, create a new folder, call it atiflash.

2. Extract the contents of atiflash_293.zip to the "C:\atiflash" folder

3. Find the bios file you downloaded and rename the bios file to 5 digits with .rom on end Example RX 580, change file to rx580.rom (r****.rom)

4. Move r****.rom to the "C:\atiflash" folder

5. Open the start menu, type cmd, when cmd.exe appears right click it and hit "Run as administrator"

6. At the command prompt type in cd\ and press enter until only C:\> is on the screen.

7. Type in cd/atiflash and press enter, you should see C:\atiflash>

8. Type in amdvbflash.exe -i to identify the gpu you want to flash with a 0, 1, or 2)

9. At the C:\atiflash> prompt type in
amdvbflash.exe -unlockrom 0
(there is a space between the e and -unlockrom and 0)(0 is the number zero)
press enter and you will be prompted that the "ROM Unlocked" (or 1, 2)

10. At the C:\atiflash> prompt type in
amdvbflash.exe -f -p 0 r****.rom
(there is a space between the .exe and -f, and a space between -f and -p and 0).
(Or 1, 2)

Press Enter

Follow directions on screen and if flash is successful exit the command prompt and restart, windows should show up on screen.

Which bios? Mingzhou, Asrock or Sapphire?

Does the vbios provide screen during the POST (Power On Self Test)?

yes i managed to enter windows and flash the gpu with the mingzhou bios , and when installing the driver for it i got a black screen ! , the rest should not work because the subsystem and device id are not the same right ?

Some cards are beyond bios flash fixing them and may require an actual board repair which might become uneconomical to do, at that point you might as well get a RX 6600.

Flip your card over and look for a pn or cpi number on it please

Psssttt I just pulled all these files from 264, these are just the 1284/1750, there might be some under 1244/1750 but typically people want highest clocks

It doesnt really matter in this case. RX 580 2048 is just a RX 570 with higher clocks. Crossflash will very likely work.

Did you also use DDU before installing the driver?

Someone else on this forum have the same PCB (A20A6D5-V1.0) and memory (Samsung K4G80325FC). Not sure if it is solved:

On this forum they are using D00033 bios on their RX 580 PCB with part number A20A6D5-V1.0 on the PCB.
Dont flash their bios since it has no Samsung K4G80325FC memory support.

I am very curious if the PCB with part number A20A6D5-V1.0 works with a D00033 or D00034 bios.
Bioses provided by eidairaman1 are D00033 bioses.

K4G80325FC is the part we need to know.

Did you try the D00033 bioses of eidairaman1?

I did try them, what really worked for me for now (without crashes or black screens) is 263938 , i don't know how can i tell it worked perfectly or not but i am trying: God of war Ragnarök, Black ops 3 , Valorant ...
did a test on Heaven Benchmark 4.0 on max got 120 fps .
what else should i test or benchmark?

If you can install the driver, play games and run a benchmark it is a successful recovery.

after playing God of war Ragnarök (medium settings 60 fps) and Black OPS 3 (medium settings 120 fps), the GPU was 100% load and the memory clock speed was dropping from 1167 mhz to 300 mhz and the other from 1750 mhz to 400 mhz sometimes, is this normal? or not?

When does it happen? When going to menu or switching map/level? Do you notice lag spikes?

You can try other D00033 bioses as well but if it works, I wouldn't change it anymore.

it's clear and annoying, in-game when i am in a fight or when i pull up my weapon , or when i enter new areas and try to fight.

i have question : is it normal for the GPU to be always 100% load all the time ?

When the GPU is the bottleneck of the system and you are gaming, yes.
