This new pc will be geared mainly for Video Editing and gaming
The wires and tubes are all at the back.
My Custom Build
CPU:Intel Core Ultra 9 285K
CPU Cooler:Modding Cafe Stealth Tubing
CPU Cooler:HanJiang Integrated water pump radiator 360mm(Total length 400mm)
Mobo:Asus ROG Z890 Hero BTF
RAM:G.Skill Trident Z5 Royal 48 GB (2 x 24 GB) DDR5-8000 CL40
SSD:Solidigm P44 Pro 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4
GPU:RTX 5090 BTF
Case:Jonsbo TK-2 2.0 ATX Mid Tower
PSU:SeaSonic PRIME TX-1600 ATX 3.0 (210 × 150 × 86 mm)
Case Fan:Lian Li UNI FAN TL 120 x3
Lian Li UNI FAN TL 120 Reverse Blade x3
Lian Li UNI FAN TL LCD 120 Reverse Blade 3-Pack
Monitor:Asus ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM 31.5" 3840 x 2160 240 Hz

ASUS TUF BTF & STEALTH WATERCOOLING
I'm waiting for 5090 BTF video card.
I already bought a Jonsbo TK-2 case,
but...the PSU is too big and the Modding Cafe Stealth Tubing cannot be installed if the PSU is installed in the case.
Maybe leave the PSU outside? ?

Q1:Which video card to hold me over?
Q2:Is it necessary to buy a PCIe 5.0 SSD?
Q3:Has anyone modified the Hyte Y70 motherboard backplate into BTF motherboard backplate + Distribution Plates?

You will need a bigger case, not a great idea having the psu outside. Maybe you should have made sure it would fit before buying them.

Do not leave the PSU outside. This is why you should do your research before you buy stuff. If you can, send the PSU back and get one that fits.

Q1:Which video card to hold me over?
What does that mean?

Q2:Is it necessary to buy a PCIe 5.0 SSD?
No.

Edit: BTW, what's a "zero wires" PC? If you want to minimise the wires going around in the case, then I'd suggest using only m.2 drives and a GPU that doesn't require external power, such as a GTX 1650 or RX 6400.

Most Back Connect (BTF) cases on the market are designed to install the PSU on the back of the CPU, making it impossible to install the water block.

Q1: RTX 3080 Ti / RX 6800 XT / RTX 4070 are fine to play at 4K sans RT with some upscaling in mind. You might go as low as RTX 3050 6 GB though. I see your budget is a lot of money so I'd have something along the lines of 4070 Super as my temporary device if I were you.
Q2: No, it's only useful for those who transfer terabytes of data per hour every hour everyday. For 99.999999% users, PCI-e 3.0 SSDs are sufficient.
Q3: No idea.
