I think it's because there's some conflict with the dependencies, but i've been unable to fix it myself, hence this post.
Take a look @ these two pics:
It says "libssl3" is not the newest version but, when i try to upgrade it, it says it depends on "libc6", which is ALREADY the newest version, despite it saying it's not.
So ... something's amiss ... but i don't know what, nor how to fix it.
I'm not 100% certain but, whenever i attempt to upgrade my current Ubuntu (20.04.6 LTS), it does nothing and I THINK it's because of this dependencies issue.
