Good evening, the PC has been acting up for days now, when I play the audio gets stuck and I am forced to force a restart, sometimes it restarts by itself, these tilts are not instantaneous, in fact they occur even after almost an hour of playing, or after several days I tried to format and reinstall Windows again but nothing, tried to clean but unfortunately nothing, what could it be?

PC Configuration:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
MOBO: Gigabyte b450m s2h
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 6gb
RAM: Crucial RAM Kit da 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL22
PSU: XFX PRO 750w

Which OS are you running, Windows 11? Something might have been broken by an update... Try updating your drivers, motherboard, graphics.

Now I'm using Windows 10, I didn't like Windows 11 very much, however I have already updated everything, including bios but nothing, it doesn't want to solve

Try reseating all coponents and ad in cards. Even the CPU and the power cables. First go to the CPU soket or the RAM slots. Had a older system with DDR3 that freeze when memory was touched. If you have 4 memory slots try with only one DIMM and enter bios and move the memory module a bit. Try all slots. If nothing also do a mem-testx86.
If you have a multimeter try to measure PSU power lines under load.

PruaBefore removing and putting the components back on, I want to try one ram at a time, unfortunately the motherboard only has two slots, so what do I do? I remove one and then in the BIOS what should I do?

Try with only one RAM, enter BIOS and move the ram just a bit (2-3 mm). If the mouse dont move the cursor there you have it. Go on install second ram and repeat.
If all goes well then prepare a USB stick with Mem-Testx86, let it run if no freeze/errors continue with the CPU, remove and re-soket (thermal paste again).
If still issues go for the Video card and re-seat.
If still issues re-seat all cables, ATX 24PIN, EPS 4-8 pin.

Ultimately try disable the On-board Sound card, use a USB one if available.

so, by moving a ram bank the pc restarts, giving me the same problem, then I tried the other one and it didn't restart, so I thought it was just the previous ram bank that had a problem, but now I tried again, and it doesn't restart anymore? Is it possible that it was loose in the slot?

adjustment, it restarts moving both now, and when I restarted I got this screen, I turned off the PC and nothing else came out

If reseating RAM do not fix the issue it means the slots are lose or some oxidation present. Clean the RAM PCB with a soft cloth (microfiber) and Isopropil alchool. Alse can use a soft brush and same alchool for the ram slots.

Some DRAM modules PCB are thiner or thicker depending on the PCB used by manufacturer but standard should be 1.2mm. I have seen differences in PCB thicknes before causing memory slot contact issues.
I had a batch of Dell Optiplex with memory contact issues some time ago (10-12 years) but was covered by NBD warranty.

"Module packaging

DDR4 memory is supplied in 288-pin dual in-line memory modules (DIMMs), similar in size to 240-pin DDR3 DIMMs. DDR4 RAM modules feature pins that are spaced more closely at 0.85 mm compared to the 1.0 mm spacing in DDR3, allowing for a higher pin density within the same standard DIMM length of 133.35 mm (5¼ inches). The height of DDR4 modules is slightly increased to 31.25 mm (1.23 inches) from 30.35 mm (1.2 inches) to facilitate easier signal routing. Additionally, the thickness of DDR4 modules has been increased to 1.2 mm from 1.0 mm to support more signal layers, enhancing overall performance and reliability.[53] DDR4 DIMM modules have a slightly curved edge connector so not all of the pins are engaged at the same time during module insertion, lowering the insertion force."

And i would say your ram modules are not the best option.
"RAM: Crucial RAM Kit da 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL22"

Me i'm using some decent ones like "Kingston FURY Beast, 16GB DDR4, 3200MHz CL16, Dual Channel Kit"

You realize you are advising him to try and short out his MB and memory module right?

@poisondrama stop taking advice from taka. Please wait until I or someone else more versed in effective troubleshooting has time to help you properly.

Do please explain to me how can you short the MB or RAM by moving the RAM in socket!

FYI this is how a cross section of the slot looks (applies from EDO-RAM to DDR5 same principle)

The only thing i forgot to mention is not to move it up-down but sideway, my bad. More used to talk to more skiled people.

That looks good. Since you re-seat the memory still have issues?
