Yikes. Looks damaged to me. The components will either have to be replaced, or the card. Definitely need to isolate the problem. Was it heat, or power, or both? Did something touch it to short it?

It makes me worry about your power supply. System specs will be helpful, but yeah......It's dead, Jim.

Definitely burn marks. Like said above, knowing some info about the rest of the system would maybe help to find the reason why that card was killed.

Thank you for your replyes and help, card was overclocked in amd software and after that it just dies and everything starts to happen what i said in post.

The risks of overclocking. It happens. Probably the easiest, cheapest thing to do is replace the card.

It could be repaired, but I am making a lot of assumptions......such as getting the parts, having a tech solder them on, and there being no burned traces or other damage.

I see a new gpu in your future.

They are both linear voltage regulators. Should be cheap to buy and easy to replace. All you would need is to know what to buy.
Read what is written on them or find a board file.
Something else could have failed which caused them to die, or one could have failed due to age and taken out the other. They should both be cheap enough to make replacing them worth a go.

You don't burn out capacitors or other components of a GPU by applying an overclock in AMD software, same old story with people when it comes to AMD drivers and SW :slap:, likely the PSU is trash and burnt the card or you had a short somewhere (pcie slot/cables/PSU cables to GPU) etc.... either way the card is more than likely toast and the cost to repair would likely be more than the cards worth even if you manage to find the defective/burnt out components and carried out the work yourself!

If it were my card, I would replace those 2 components for less than $5 instead of calling it trash. If you can't, I guess sell it to someone who wants to.
It's not very often that you come accross such a potentially simple and cheap GPU repair that was given up on so hurriedly.

I don't think that damage was caused by overclocking. What PSU do you have? Also, is the DVI Port rusty? If so, it could be a short caused by humidity.

What do i need for replace them? I would like to do it and just learn about all that stuff because i love it. I just dont know that much like what compacitors do i need or what equipment is required and etc..

It's not rusty everything is okay just these two compacitors looks suspicious and burned or melted. I dont know can that be PSU who cause problem everything was okay for 2,3 years and after that overcolock it just stop work,or it can be PSU like i said i'm new it that and still learning.

They aren't capacitors. Like I said, they are both linear voltage regulators.
One appears to be an Analog Devices part number LT1117CST and the other a GStek part number GS7183.
It wouldn't have to be those regulators, just some with comparable specs and same pinouts.
Don't make this your first attempt; you'll make a mess of it. Get someone else to do it, or practice a lot on garbage circuit boards first. There are a billion youtube soldering videos to refer to. You need a soldering iron; preferably a benchtop soldering station with adjustable temperature and various soldering tips. You need solder. You need solder wick. You need a good light. You need flux. You need isopropyl alcohol.

It will be cheaper to buy a new Graphics card than buying all the bits needed to fix it.

Yup, you've got some problems. Time for an upgrade.

I'd agree with you but wouldn't necessarily rule out trash components in use on the board which literally work up to the spec and no more - overclocking will generally pull more current and likely need higher core voltages - assuming that the overclock could be achieved within the power limit for the GPU part itself, it will demand more from the other components in that respect and the manufacturer may have literally cut corners as tight as possible.

To be honest, an RX550 is fairly low cost - assuming no other damage from the voltage regulator / controller IC being nuked, if you can get the parts cheap and have the equipment I guess it's an interesting test 'project' to get it going again - I doubt the value of the card generally would be worth the cost of getting someone to fix it properly.

Yup, you've got some problems. Time for an upgrade.

If you can get another basic graphics card to test the system is working OK and the components are decent quality and behaving themselves properly, I would have to say get a better card - otherwise maybe the card dying was symptom of bad power / generaly collective low spec quality parts. So as lex comments... upgrade time, although obviously budget restrictions will dictate.
