I guess you're accessing TPU via US servers and I'm, via some European (probably German, no idea) so that can lead to this discrepancy.

Actually no, it was not correct! Was on AM not PM, but the date was fine.

This repaired the issue. Thanks for that. can't believe I didn't notice it right away

yeah just coincidence. It was issued in 2023 so it would have had the same end date if we looked at it in jan, last week or 4 hours ago.

Clicking a notification, clicking on front page, or within sub-forum that should take me directly to a specific post. Instead the page focus lands numerous posts beforehand. The odd part is once it happens it will repeadly load the same post until a new page starts. Following three notices of replies minutes apart or auto-loading unread content from "Recent Discussions", but also anywhere within forum or sub-forum list that occur days apart.

I find that is usually because it jumps down to the post before images are fully loaded, and then as the images load it has the effect of scrolling up.

For our main site (not downloads), there's just a single set of servers located in NYC. We do use Cloudflare for images and other static content, so if the page loads quickly and the images are slow, CF is to blame.

The cert was set to expire tomorrow. I've installed a new one around 6:30 PM Euro time yday, which was before your post. Interesting that it was flagged as invalid.

Our frontend terminates SSL, so there is just a single cert that anyone will see at a given time.

I think that might be it. Preferences -> Lazy load images, set that to "Disabled". Any better?

Disabling bandwidth starved image loading had a large positive effect on site loading in general.

Images fail to download instantly. Have to wait for minute or two every time. Happens in reviews no matter the year of review. What usually was a dozen-minute read now takes hours.

This is what I see during that. Also some threads exhibit lag spikes, not all of them.

Other web sites work correctly so I doubt it's something wrong on my side.
