The UGREEN Uno GaN wall chargers offer plenty of power in a compact package, along with a unique robot-like design that's incredibly cute. Today we're taking a closer look at the design and performance of these devices. We're also checking out the UGREEN Uno 100 W USB-C charging cable.

System Name Very old, but all I've got ®
Processor So old, you don't wanna know... Really!
Great! Thank you! Quite a funcy stuff. I wouldn’t mind of having one of 100W, even considering, i’d rather avoid everycing redundant/"excessive", like the screen, that is non-informative/aestetics only.
As about Asus... nothing special. They are the Apple/Luxury (overinflated) brand. The are after a single dime and buck they can squeeze (more like as much as possible). So artificially locking behend the "certified" wall, is not exactly the news. Sadly though, as it seems to hamper the versatility of an "Alloy".
Though the question arises, of how much "ally" it is :nutkick:

From the sheer look, this stuff is alugns with the mechtech’s avatar.

I know people have cats that chew on cables or whatever else. But I prefer the silicone cables that UGREEN used to sell. Super flexy and soft and don't kink.

The list of cablivores doesn't end with cats and dogs. Maybe a 5-volt electric fence could be integrated into the outer layer to prevent chewing.

I feel like we need actual measured power delivery and temperature testing at different loads. Do they end up throttling if you ask for maximum power after a certain period of time? What about efficiency? Maybe ripple/noise as well :)

While this information would be very useful, @17th Dimension did tag this as a Quick Look and not as a full review. I don't know if he has the full testing equipment (oscilloscopes and such) for such a feat yet.

In the meantime (although this is semi-related as it seems Uno is different from the Nexode line up):

Benchmark Scores I once clocked a Celeron-300A to 564MHz on an Abit BE6 and it scored over 9000.
I have a strong dislike for these. Paying extra for OLED gimmicks and plastic styling in something as mundane as a USB power adapter does not sit well with me. They could be smaller, cheaper, and more practical but this is clearly the darkest timeline so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Don't let me stop you from spending almost three times as much for some silly robot emoji nonsense if that's your thing, but Ugreen's excellent standard Nexode range are less than half the price and smaller for the exact same actual charging functionality.

Well i pass if i have to pay much more in the EU for such a product
And i know already alot of people who went to another brand who does charge less for EU customers AS THE EURO has a higher value than the dollar
So charging more than the EU real value and an extra premium price is kinda dumb
Succes ugreen with not selling your product very well here your greed is not welcome

So you buy this from Ugreen EU shop and draw the sleeping smiley yourself. Granted, shipping isn't free for small orders.

It seems to be Ugreen's policy to offer their stuff at a fixed retail price, including VAT, no matter where in the EU you live. I chose Hungary here because it has the highest tax rate in the EU. Remember that retail prices for the US are listed without the sales tax.
