A little over a week ago I started having to power cycle my PSU before I could turn on my pc. I replace the PSU and still have the same problem. I'm not having any signs of a bad video card so I'm not sure where to start.

Specs

Asus ROG Strix Z790-F
Processor i9-13900K
32GB (16GBx2) DDR5/6000MHz Dual Channel Memory (Team T-FORCE DELTA RGB)
2TB SAMSUNG 980 PRO (PCIe Gen4) NVMe M.2 SSD
4TB Seagate IronWolf Pro SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 256MB Cache 7200RPM HDD
1,000 Watts - EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 GT 80 Plus Gold Fully Modular Power Supply
MSI GeForce RTX™ 4090 SUPRIM LIQUID 24GB GDDR6X w/ 240mm AIO Cooler Video Card.

I was thinking on getting a new MOBO but not sure if I should start there or not.

Swap your case power switch with your reset switch, otherwise check the standoffs, unplug from the power strip, use different outlet, otherwise replace the power supply or motherboard

I replaced the PSU already. The pc only has one button that does it all.
