I am sure I am not the only one that has watched the full Squadron 42 trailer. It piqued my interest in the Game....again. I am in the process of downloading the Game but way back when I could have sworn that Squadron 42 was included with every Ship Package. When I got into the launcher it asked me to enlist to Squadron 42. I hope they don't expect me to pay for something I was promised. It seems that if you are not careful that is exactly what you will do. If that trailer is anything to go by you are either going to be great at the root of dog fighting skill in leading your shots or you will be frustrated at that stage. The other parts of the trailer are that good with some serious Sci Fi anime vibes with torpedos that act as Troop carriers. If nothing else Chris Roberts knows how to make a Game entertaining

Sq42 was used to be included in the game packages as you remember. They they changed it at some point (couple years ago) and if you want single player version which will be coming soon™er than 1.0, you need to get sq42 seperatly.
I still love and play SC, it's still growing as we just got Pyro and jump gates, 4.0 is around the corner and it's coming with main tech completed, Polaris just became flyable - huge and amazing corvette etc. There were so many good developments in recent years and I can eaaily say development got faster compared to what it was 3 years ago.

However, with all that positive things, it's still not even close to release, almost everything has bugs - big ones or not complete or both, goals are still far away and they still even add new ones. So it would be better to know these and accept all before getting hopeful for any kind of release. I know, size of the SC and charm of CR are hard to resist but it is what it is.

Honestly, in any case I'll just continue playing SC. I love it. I love to ride public transport to spaceport in an actual, huge city. I just sit and wait for my stop. I love that elevetors does not teleport but carry you. I love that it takes time to get ready for anything. I love that I open the hangar door, watch it open and then enter the ship, I love that you can put anything, anywhere in the ship - including other ships as long as it fits and it stays there. I love that there is no faking when it comes to interactions, you take off, fly off and land to anywhere you want. You can literally jump off from your ship in any place, anytime, then ask for help and people can actually try to find and rescue you. I love that it's brutal and has step learning curve in almost everything and you lose so much time if anything goes wrong. You learn not to do those mistakes again. I love things are not gamified, but they are simulated. And I just love to fly a ship in general. Whether I dogfight, race, do missions point a to b or just fly around for fun I always feel connected to the ship. After a time, it really just feels like your car. And I love it for this. I can easily say I already got more than what I paid more from SC even before any release. So anything they give is just a bonus love.

They have a knowledge base which says the following about that error code:-

ERROR 5007

• Locate the CMD line prompt app.
• Right click on the CMD app and select to run as an administrator.
• Copy and enter the following string into the command line:
  REG ADD "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\stornvme\Parameters\Device" /v "ForcedPhysicalSectorSizeInBytes" /t REG_MULTI_SZ /d "* 4095" /f
• Restart your computer.
