Motherboard is dead, repair or let it go?

I've bought a second-hand ASRock B660m PG riptide for $49, and it's dead now. ASRock doesn't offer personal insurance coverage, so I have to choose whether to repair it or just let it go and buy a brand new one.

Problem with repair is figuring out what is wrong with it. The cost to repair could easy be more then board is to buy new.
