Who needs a 120 Hz low display resolution screen when the hardware most likely can only provide gameboy like frame rates of 15 fps?

I had the impression 1920 x 1200, 16:10, was a thing from 20 years ago.

Lunar Lake is actually a much stronger CPU/GPU than the old AMD hardware inside things like the Steam Deck.

On handhelds most people tend to play 2D Games and having those at a higher refresh rate apparently is nicer. Most Phones have 120hz Displays anyways so why not?

Yep Intel said the same thing about the first Claw. MSI Gaming even did a 2.5 hr live stream on how good it was. Then the reviews launched and the bloodbath begun. At least they get all the sales of people that don't like AMD APUs for whatever reason. Btw the Steam Deck is not old but this is moot as the next generation of AMD handhelds is around the corner and will push the Ally and Steam Deck even lower in price. There is also the fact that the Steam Deck is much cheaper than the Claw and does not need MSI Center to run properly.

Definitely will be checking out some reviews, Lunar Lake has some very impressive iGPU's rivalling AMD's best (minus the 890M).
I'd also like to thank MSI for releasing the 32GB variants, now others will likely follow as well.

800g for the big one is a hefty weight. Not sure if my arms would last long enough for the battery to run down. I do love the 32GB of LP8533. That's got to be doing wonders for performance.

Yea I also don’t get people who play the Deck at home where they most probably have also a proper PC or a console.
Suffice to say we will have to wait for reviews to see if this is really good or not. I think the new AMD APU will blow this out of the water though.

The MSI Claw A1M was definitely a loser at launch but it has improved greatly over the months since launch. No it's not as efficient but its games fine enough for playing on the run.
