Did you set mV Boost? Most people can undervolt the P Cache a lot more if you set mV Boost to at least 150.

Nice! What laptop is this?

That looks like a 4.9GHz all core score, which would entail PL1/PL2 of around 185W I'm guessing. Sadly too many laptop brands have locked the PL to a lower value.

Though for gaming anything above 4.2GHz all core won't yield noticeable difference, and for rendering/decompression the limiting factor will ultimately be good sustained cooling.
