Monopolies don't care about the customer experience if it affects their profits. Amazon gets its cut of profits from third-party sales, whether the customer gets what they bought or not.

I agree, it is a shortsighted move by Amazon. Walmart is slowly but steadily improving as a e-commerce option.

MicroCenter near me had about 10 9800x3d's last Friday which sold out, none over the weekend and this morning had 8 more. I picked one up for a refresh.

Microcenter by me keeps restoking. 25+ twice now sold out and currently has 19. Once the initial rush is over, I see this being discounted for BF or maybe for holidays. The supply seems plentiful. Even one of the top MBs got a $30 price cut.

Looks like I've been scammed- company name is Zhuoxi on Amazon, was selling the AMD 9800X3D.
One message from them on 11-13-2024: "Item has been shipped", same day I bought it. Have had NO
updates since. The SF Express Tracking ID doesn't even come up in their(SF Expresses') system, using
www.ordertracker.com/track/SFExpress . Multiple chats and 1 call to Amazon customer service has
been useless trying to get any info where the product is, or nor has there been any attempt by Amazon to
reach said seller or shipping company. I've asked Amazon customer service to check the link I gave above
with the Tracking ID I was provided for the item but 3 customer service reps will not do it. Live and learn-
will do better research on sellers now, just saw the Zhuoxi name, not the "nanningshizhuoxidianzikejiyouxiangongsi" name.
