No I see it in black/dark area "checkered squares"
This issue had nothing to do with "Dark area's", it was a tertiary data race condition causing DirectComposition to output garbage because the original data had been deleted before the compositor had finished using them,
What you're seeing is a lack of information in the black area's, probably a result of either color crush by using Digital Vibrance or some flaw with the displays handling of DSC.
Chromium OpenGL does not use DirectComposition, it uses legacy blitting.
