RMA the board again, it needs to be either reflashed or changed.

Pedestrian means of flashing BIOS don't do shit, you need a JIG with factory tools and server back end with data.

While sending it to RMA, my suggestion is to make proper video of your problem explaining the issue. All problems arise from poorly defined defect and ways to trigger it.
I could successfully flash the BIOS to an earlier version without any issues, there is no problem with my new motherboard. The only problem is that Windows update forces installing that Intel integrated graphics driver which messes up my nvidia GPU by running only on link speed 1.1 under load.

Your fix should be this, and you do have an option to not pick drivers on windows update. Make sure intel drivers dont automatically update either.

I said clearly, if you think flashing BIOS for laptops using your tools does solve anything, it is not. It does touch not all needed areas, if you do not get the idea, then why your MAC is preserved during each flash? It is modern hardware, people are delusional about the process.

It does not work as a programmer, it works using deltas, often gets corrupted, memory addresses overlap, it does not reconfigure EC hub and slave devices and their settings. There are myraid additional fields responsible for functions that are not touched.

RMA the board, explain your issues and take a video of it. They will test it using their service OS and exclude your mistakes.

1. Is the Legion laptop under warranty? If yes contact Lenovo they are usually willing to help I have success even with the Legion line up through my work getting help specially if you upgraded it to on-site warranty they are willing on the phone to help.

2. Extra options in the bios have you tried googling around because last time I needed I need to press every key on the keyboard to get into the "Advanced bios" for a Legion this have changed from what I can read on Reddit to someething like FN+R and FN+N and reboot and go into the bios again.

As @eidairaman1 has advice before don't just flash the bios it's not always the right solution.

Yes it is still under warranty. I mentioned earlier that there is no advanced bios option for this laptop model (Lenovo Legion Pro 7i). When I flashed an older version of BIOS from Windows, the GPU worked fine again, until the fourth restart. I thought that a Windows update was the problem which installed the Intel graphics driver but now when I uninstalled that as eidariaman1 suggested eralier, the problem is still there. I made a video proof and will contact Lenovo support.

My concern is, that this exact same thing happened with my previous original motherboard, and now this is happening on my new replaced one as well.

I think if they can't fix your problem you should be able to get money back for it, i presume you are outside the stores return policy though?

I doubt it's a bad bios or driver it's a bad board and Lenovo should swap out the board.

I know from on-site techs here that the Legions are not laptops they enjoy working on and sometimes the chassis' break.

I have installed the nvidia driver from Lenovo website 546.92 and so far my GPU works correctly, running 2.0 on idle and 4.0 on load. Tested on multiple restarts.

Which bios are you on? Because it could just be a bios issue that does the newer drivers doesn't behave as it should.
