I recently bought my new RX 590 GME graphics card, but it does not perform as I expected and I assumed that I should change the bios to a more current one that performs better, currently the clock frequency is at 1150 of the gpu, I have searched everywhere but Apparently the vbios of an rx 590 gme with 8gb (elpida) does not have a vbios, can you help me?

Card has bios but not the correct bios. The modded bios prevents driver installation.

Please provide a picture of the whole PCB.

Hello?

You change drivers not the BIOS. there is not a “current“ BIOS to “update"

The card is using a mining bios bro, the clocks are too low

sorry, I forgot, I currently don't have a screwdriver to open it and see the pcb lol, but I can show you photos of what it looks like, I don't know if it helps, and I'm also not sure if I should open it, I'll probably make my return/refund soon.
Another thing I have to mention is that looking for a "rx 590 gme elpida vram" I didn't find anything, and I assumed it must be a normal rx 580, then looking for an rx 580 with "elpida vram", I only found a 4gb rx 580 with those vram,

I'll look for a screwdriver later, so I can open it.
sorry.
