That's your problem. Do your own testing. I've done mine and my result did NOT match his. I trust my results more. Not alone either. I can't find the article W1z did that shows there is minimal differences, however, Techspot has one. As much as I dislike Steve Walton, he got it right.
Tomshardware did a similar set of tests as well as a number of others, all with the same results: Win 10 and Win 11 are on par with each other.

Whatever testing Brian did, he got something wrong. Don't know what it is, don't care what it is, his number don't match everyone else's. He's got to figure out what he did wrong.

We are almost in 2025 - those tests are obsolete now because many updates have been released.

Also those are only on Intel CPU's. For Intel the difference in performance is not significant, for Ryzen is a different story.

I'm pretty sure you didn't notice that in most of the cases, 1% lows are way better on Windows 10.
In most of the cases, results are within the margin of error, and there were plenty of times when Windows 11 came out on top, including 1% lows.

Also I was talking more about 23h2 / 24h2, not 22h2.
What you said was "Windows 11 was gimped for 2-3 years". 23H2 has only been out for just over a year. 24H2 came out this year and the Ryzen improvements were included since release.

While Windows 10 (22H2) and Windows 11 (23H2 w/ Patch) deliver essentially equivalent performance, Windows 11 24H2 actually outperforms both of them on newer Ryzen CPUs.

You don't mention weird frame-time issues (and actually I have yet to find a reviewer covering this kind of stuff) which I also experience, especially in CS2 / Dota 2. Having "more" FPS doesn't mean that much.
