Hi,
i bought a used sapphire rx-5600-xt (https://www.sapphiretech.com/en/consumer/pulse-radeon-rx-5600-xt-be-6g-gddr6) so returning is not an option :S

the card works great, (played games, no issues AAA Games) however, it green screens randomly. like once in a blue moon,

i did alot of research and the fix seems to be flashing a slient version of the bios

https://www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/comments/13t7590

this card only has 1 bios. and the default one is the over clocked one

here is the one i have
i have re-flashed the card with this bios and it works. but this is the same bios as the one i had .

Bios:

can someone please provide me a bios file with the lower clocked version? so i can flash my card

i can't change the speeds via the amd software

the card works fine, but this issue

Thank you so much

Can you make a picture of the product label on the cooler and a picture of the part number on the PCB? See example below:

Trusting reddit lmao, more like placebo effect.

What are your complete and detailed system specs?

Here is your sku.

Keep in mind that when the early RX 5600XT came out their ram clock speeds were running at 1500MHz (12000 Mbps/8) and not 1750MHz (14000 Mbps/8)

You have a later RX 5600XT.

What I see there is nothing out of the ordinary for the bios on that card.

Have you even tried swapping video cables or to a different monitor?

These are all the bios files that match up with your Device ID-Subsystem ID.

b550m ds3h
KLEVV ram x2 8gb 3200mhz Ram (16gb)

Yes, i did try another port/cable/
swapped to my old rx580 and it works fine

Thank you for the response. looks like i got a dead paper weight: XD

I am gonna try every single vbios as a last ditch effort

it seems that this series of amd cards are known to have "green screen" issues,

Hmm 620w, get hwinfo64 and run it in background with sensors only and screenshot it after finishing a game, that means power supply volts going to the motherboard and the watts and current to the card.

Make sure your motherboard bios is updated as well.

Probably would be good to replace thermal pads on the ram and vrms and even gpu die.

In end you might consider a pcb repair shop as well.

With your card being a single bios option, i cant suggest a E411 bios to try.
