Rattle sound on 7800XT

I suspect it's like my Nitro+ RX 6750 XT, where one or more of the fans can rub on the shroud. Check the bracket, if using the bracket that Sapphire provides.
Nope, that's not it, however I had that problem too.
It is the fan. I tried stress test on Adrenalin and when it reaches around 1500 RPM, that sound returns. As if the fan was rubbing against something. So what should I do?

Replace the fan, or mod the shroud
Likely loose fin for the heatsink. My 4090 had the same rattle and it was harmonic. I disassembled the cooler and strategically applied hot glue to the fins at the edges and just tapped my fingers all over it and applied glue wherever I noticed any rattle and then reassembled and it's been quiet as a mouse since.
Is a loose fin something that could damage the GPU? Is it something I need to take care of immediately? Seems like it's not that big of a deal.

Its not so big deal to take out the card and inspect it.
Put it on the table/desk and look with a flashlight through the fan. Spin it with your hand and compare it with the other 2 fans. Look for anything unusual...
This is simple. Its no science.
If I were you I would do that days ago out of curiosity.

I thought that the loose fin concerns heat sink, not fan blade? Sorry I don't understand.

Sorry fins, you take the fan shroud off and grab each heatsink fin, if any look crooked that could be a culprit

Either that or as fans move they cause vibration. If the card is outside RMA, since you dont know, i suggest you have someone that does repairs solder the fin for you, if any are found...
