Should I buy the rtx 4070/ super or wait till rtx 5070 drops

Hi​

I am building a gaming pc for 1080p that but before I mark the main point I would like to mention all the other specs of the pc cpu amd ryzen 5 3600 and asus tuf gaming gtx 1650 and Mobo asus tuf gaming b550-plus pcie-4.0 DDR4 and Crucial Ballistix 3000 MHz DDR4 DRAM Desktop Gaming Memory 8gb x 2 Ram and CV Series™ CV450 450 Watt 80 Plus® Bronze and Crucial BX500 480GB 3D NAND SATA 2.5-inch SSD
and ASUS TUF GAMING Vg24vq 1080p@144hz ,ASUS TUF Gaming GT301 (Maximum GPU Length : 320mm)

ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX™ 5070 12GB GDDR7 329mm​

this problem :
1) CPU big Probability bottleneck.
2) GPU size maximum 320mm / 329 mm RTX 5070 Case.
3)i have motherboard pcie-4.0 but gpu Rtx 5070 pcie-5.0.
what i should buy cpu for rtx 5070? AM4

I would say 5070 unless the 4070 drops in price.

Both are likely to consume around the same amount of power but my guess is the 5070 is slightly faster.

You may want to keep an eye on the 5700X3D as well they'd make a good pair.
