Please open gpu-z and click the black arrow next to the uefi check box and Upload the File to the VGA Bios Collection through GPU-Z itself, if you get a prompt that the file is already in the collection there should be a link, copy and paste that link here, if not upload it to the collection then post that link here.
Most will not open a file attachment from a brand new member, so do the above please.
