Hi,
Specs:
Issue:
Coming in from being shut down, the computer will go into a continuous loop of attempting to POST, throwing a VGA error, resetting and continuing. No video output happens during this time. However, if I power cycle once, everything works fine and the computer boots normally.
System has been extensively stress tested, and there isn't a single issue during use - I can max load every component in my system with zero issues. The ONLY issue is failing to POST without a power cycle beforehand.
The issue has been reported frequently with 6700XT's, and it was suggested it may have something to do with the GPU failing to handshake monitors with power saving features, which causes the VGA error. I have turned power saving features off on my monitors but the problem persists.
Any suggestions?
