Asrock rgb problem

hi all, got a prob i cant fix and was hoping someone might know how to fix it.

problem being on my Asrock B650 Steel Legend wifi , the rgb is lit up at bottom of the board, and whether i enable or disable it in the bios , nothing changes.
have tried updating bios to latest version 3.16, and no change.

at the start it did initially work, but foolishly i installed Asrocks RGB software program (which doesnt even work btw , it just says nothing detected)
since using that software, now uninstalled, im left with the rgb at bottom of board a totally diff colour to the rest of my system.

nothing major, but it sure is annoying seeing an awful brown/gold glow at the bottom, when the rest of the rgb is white.

worst part is it stays lit even when pc is shutdown

id anyone can help, either to turn it off or change its colour to white , ive tried openrgb and signal rgb as well, they dont detect it.

The firmware should be able to reset it

Pull your motherboard and bench run it, check all of your standoffs and make sure you dont have any loose ones or any extras that dont math the bonding points of the motherboard installed

Yeah i had to figure out how to turn off demo mode after system was powered off

unfortunately it didnt work, followed his steps to the letter and when i press enter to start the firmware update, nothing happens at all, looks like im stuck with it for now.
tried it several times and same thing each time.
i downloaded the version thats listed for my board model and nothing lol

Asrocks RGB software is totally useless, i thought icue was bad, but at least it does what its meant to do.

Hello,i have b650 steel legend wifi too and i buy just months ago i was using polychrome fine but every start 1 week ago,my colors set to rainbow and i tried to config but my argb fans and the pch arg bug to rainbow after this i uninstalled polychrome a install again ant worked but yesterday and uninstalled again and when i tried to install again not opened and the fans a pch set to rgb off, i use clear cmos, set rgb in bios,update bios,reset pc uninstall windows and drivers and don’t work, i can only control the liquid fan colors because this is nzxt kraken elite and i can control this with nzxt app but my ram,fans and pch is bug, I tried with with other apps like open rgb or signal rgb but don’t work, polychrome was fine at star but now I can’t open the app error 0xfff1

yes, i get exactly the same error, and it says no devices detected, all i wanted to do was turn the rgb on the board off, makes no difference if its enabled in bios or not, it still stays on regardless.
