Just in case what I would search for: upgrade unsupported windows 11 device to windows 11
url: https://googlethatforyou.com?q=upgrade unsupported windows 11 device to windows 11

Than you need to follow one of those guides until one of those guides will work.

e.g https://windowsforum.com/threads/upgrade-unsupported-pcs-to-windows-11-step-by-step-guide.350040/

I sold a refurbished windows 11 laptop around november 2024. I got that device as a warranty replacement.
Most guides for creating that offline Admin account are were not working for windows 11 pro. You will most likely need to try several guides.

I expect that you have backups of all your data before you do anything. And recovery media. And know how to reinstall windows 10 for example.

Not sure if all that is required anymore after M$ relaxed the system requirements a little.

You maybe able to just slap it on without any issues.
