Be nice, guys.

I appreciate that you're trying to help and are trying to root the cause, but there's no need to interrogate the chap when he's just trying to find a solution.

FWIW, I had an XFX card once and it did the same exact thing, which is kind of uncanny. Never had that problem before or since.
After trying other methods, I concluded it was probably a faulty display-out chip of some kind (I don't know if you've ever watched TronicsFix; that's often a problem on some products such as these).
I sent it to XFX for a RMA...and they sent it right back w/o fixing it. Which, you know, wasn't cool.
The card is floating around in a box somewhere; never could fix it even after trying methods such as these. Thought about breaking out the multi-meter and soldering iron, but never got around to it.

That is my XFX story. The first and last one. :p

I apologize that I don't have a solution, and wish you luck. If you figure something out, lmk. If it works for you, decent chance it'll probably work for me.

Thank you for understanding. When I get home I'll try to explain in details what happened and provide anything that's asked but guys treat me as a bad guy here.

Its not the hate, its the way of communicating with us.

If we need to repeat the question a couple of times to get relevant information, I hope you understand we might think you are hidding something.
So be clear, be honest, be complete as possible when answering and follow up what we are asking so we dont need to ask the same damm question again!

I just checked number near the pciex it's 210810KL. So you are right, that seems to be right bios and GPU is probably faulty .
Current BIOS, both primary and secondary is the first link you shared.. I installed both of them. I know now that I shouldn't update both of bioses but I was desperate.

Thanks for your help.

P.S.
I remembered one more thing that might have caused the issue, I updated motherboard MSI Z690-a PRO DDR4 BIOS to the latest (requested by buyer). Everything worked fine at first. When I got PC back and booted with different card in 1st pciex and rx6800 in 2nd, GPU-Z couldn't see bios of rx6800 at all, just showed unknown and amdvbflash couldn't see the card. I reverted BIOS of motherboard to older one, then GPU-Z could see the bios and amdvbflash recognized card, still there is no video output from the card. Then I updated both bioses but it said that it's the same firmware as one you suggested.

That's why I thought that maybe he updated bios because it's same as one on techpowerup and it's the latest I could find.
Thanks again

Now after all this maybe you could also try contacting XFX for a BIOS to see which one they will send/recommend if any...
