white rectangle at pc start

This issue not occur every time, but occasionally when I start my PC, white rectangle remains the screen. Restarting Windows Explorer does not resolve the issue, but restarting the PC does. I have checked the startup, everything to be functioning correctly I need assistance in identifying the

Mmm it may be a warning from one of the startup apps. When it comes up you should look in your task bar or open task manger to see what processes are running.

Maybe event viewer to see if there are any warnings or errors out of the usual.

Just a guess, but are you using msi afterburner with auto startup? Could be the message box for that failing to connect to internet, which is a check it does at startup. The most concerning issue is intermittency, which is exceptionally difficult to troubleshoot without additional details. Could you add screenshots of task manager processes with both the white box on screen and when it's not present?

You need to look at all those that are "Enabled", verify what they are, and decide do you really "need" them enabled at startup? Google them first to see if Windows needs them, especially if not sure what they are.

Like jusched is Java updater that automatically checks for updates once a month. Once a month and it is running 24/7? Do you even work with Java?

What about vgtray? Do you need that running all the time?

Heck at that point use control panel/settings, then msconfig and even task scheduler to turn that cruft off.
