There is hardly a scarcity of mini PCs available on the market. These pocket-friendly computers have an ever-expanding fan base, and now it appears that brands are pulling all sorts of tricks to make their offerings stand out from the rest. Chaatrey is a well-known player in the mini PC segment, and has announced the AMD-powered AN3P mini PC. The product does have quite an interesting feature, which we will get to later.

At its core, the AN3P mini PC is powered by the AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS APU with eight Zen 3+ cores and sixteen threads. Despite having already blown out two birthday candles, the Ryzen 7 7735HS continues to be quite a performant chip in 2025, trading blows with the Intel Core 5 120U in synthetic benchmarks. In terms of memory and storage, the AN3P can be equipped with up to 32 GB of memory, and up to 1 TB of solid-state storage. Both the memory and storage are user-accessible and can be upgraded down the road, which surely is a must-have for many people.

The Radeon 680M iGPU is no slouch, but is unsurprisingly far from sufficient for modern AAA gaming in 2025, unless one is willing to dial down settings extensively, of course. For casual usage, however, the APU should hardly leave any room for complaint. Getting to the interesting bit - the Chaatrey AN3P mini PC sports a removable plastic cover on top of its 11.6 x 10.33 cm case, inside which a picture can be inserted. For those who like to personalize their gadgets, this feature will surely come in handy. Currently available for just under $320 for the 16 GB + 512 GB variant, the Chaatrey AN3P is decently affordable considering the specs on offer.

I have the exact same chipset in a different brand mini PC. Fantastic little performer, plays DX9 games at high frame rates and just about any modern game at 720p, great emulator box, runs very cool, sips power. But I bought mine for $240 after coupon applied.

Now that’s really a gimmick in the purest sense of the word. I thought, at first, it was yet another e-paper screen, turns out it’s just a plain old transparent paper holder! :D

We’ll see how many are going to be swayed by that, the mini-PC market a competitive one for sure. Sound_Card has already given a price.

The common customer problem that this solves is, "Where do I put the list of passwords so it doesn't get lost?"
