You can't directly compare the amount of shaders between architectures. And what 5900 XT? The only card with that model I know is the GF FX 5900 XT from 2003.Dunno about that 9070xt only has 4096 shaders compared to 5376 on 5900xt. It'll be slower for sure.
You can already get 7900xt for 620 ish. I expect 9070xt will be cheaper, 550 ish !
Possibly 9070xt will over clock past 3ghz, though 7900xt can be tweaked a lot as well. RT on 9070xt probably better, but it's a rubbish feature anyway at these card level.
Like 5080, can't expect anything much as it doesn't have the hardware uplift.
