Ok, I'm trying to get a bunch of info together for this so uh.. Yea.
If this info is right, the OC capability of this card is downright stupid. I think it's some kind of software glitch lol.

It’s cute that you think I don’t know about MSI after burner. But if you used it, you’d know that MSI after burner doesn’t have the ability to go to higher clocks.

Sounds like you need to go to guru3d and download the new beta version that adds 5000 series support.
