I am needing to buy a graphics card but I don't understand all this stuff. If someone could direct me in the right direction as to what I should get, please help. This is what I have in the description below:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.9 GB usable)
Device ID E12864F3-B9ED-4C23-B72E-6E01F62240C4
Product ID 00325-81925-35711-AAOEM
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Pen support

And this is the program I downloaded and this is what I am needing to get:

VISION FX 2 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), a multicore Intel or AMD processor (2GHz or faster), 8GB RAM,
a dedicated graphics card with latest drivers,
and at least 15GB hard disk space; note that for optimal performance, higher RAM (like 32GB)
is recommended.

For clarity you could edit your post to only include information relevant to your system specs: processor, RAM size and speed, motherboard, PSU make/model/wattage.... Awareness if this computer is a prebuilt would also be very helpful.

Per the above Corel Vision FX requirements your processor's integrated graphics should be capable of opening and running the program. Until we know if your system is capable of supporting a discrete graphics card a suggestion on discrete graphics is impossible.

Why wait for a card we don't know anything about.

OP: If used is an option, get a 3080 or a 6800 XT.
I've added some more helpful circles.

We know the 5060 Ti is 16 GB and the 5070 is 12 GB, so that, along with CUDA already goes a lot further towards fulfilling the specification requirements than anything else recommended so far.

Especially post #2 - do not post nonsense

VISION FX 2 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

It is clear what someone wants.

Yes it was not first google result - but whatever - scroll down.

Modern Nvidia Graphics Card (GeForce 10 series or newer) with minimum 12 GB VRAM, with CUDA compute 3.7 or greater support or Modern Intel® Integrated or Discrete Graphics Card (Iris® Xe or newer)

Note: You have to look for your area. If you live in austria for example. You need to take shops from austria, germany for example

Note: You may share to others. Which country are you from? How much money do you want to spend?

Note: As of now it is a very bad point to buy a graphic cards. In my point of view.
4000 series are leaving the market.
I think a decent graphic card, could be: nvidia 4070 / 4070 ti / 4080 / 4080 super / 4090
I'm not sure if that card will be fast enough for example, the software need cuda cores- this is a low end entry graphic card: Gainward GeForce RTX 4060 Ti Panther, 16GB

Note: I do not know how much do you want to spend. Bare minimum - cheap graphic card with only 12GB VRAM? or go for a better one? minimum is only 12GB RAM on the card.

Maybe a starting point:

You may change the pages at the bottom to get an initial idea which card may be suitable. Than check those prices for your region.
I have sorted it to the lowest price, i took nivdia only because of the cuda requirement. I also took cards from 2021 or later. I think no one should buy graphic cards older than 2021 year. (sorry post #5 no radeon 6800xt card)
Note: I'm well aware of, it is german language for austria.

Da comrade, the current AMD GPU with <1% marketshare is actually the best option for work!

I'm sure software publishers will bother to optimuze for the <5% marketshare competitor instead of the universally used CUDA alternative!

As compared to…? He needs a GPU for work. It needs to support CUDA. It needs at least 12 gigs of VRAM. I assume he isn’t balling with an infinite budget so as to afford a 5090, so why exactly is waiting for 5060Ti/5070 a bad option for him?

If for work then maybe not so bad but still RTX 40 Series probably will outperform RTX 50 Series in p/p ratio at least in first two months.

That would depend on availability. If what we heard about 4060 series and, I would assume, 4070 being slowly dried up in the supply channel, than that point will become moot. Obviously region dependent as well.

Weak and overpriced trash! You don't need to be a wizard to know that.

The only better option for work would be RTX 3080 12 GB, or Ti, from monetary perspective IF wattage is not a problem and IF second hand market can be trusted where OP lives. AMD and Intel offerings are very bad at what OP is going to work with so they're out of question. Might be reasonable to get a used 4070 but it's obviously, once again, 2nd hand market and might be a problem.

3060ti on a 10700 system should be adequate.

The initial 3080 is fine, trust me :)

Taking into consideration that he got a 10700 CPU, anything more than that would be a waste of money.
Unless a full system upgrade is in order, I wouldn't recommend anything more than a 4070.

AMD and Intel gpus should not be considered as option for this case.

I am needing to buy a graphics card but I don't understand all this stuff. If someone could direct me in the right direction as to what I should get, please help. This is what I have in the description below:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.9 GB usable)
Device ID E12864F3-B9ED-4C23-B72E-6E01F62240C4
Product ID 00325-81925-35711-AAOEM
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Pen support

And this is the program I downloaded and this is what I am needing to get:

VISION FX 2 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), a multicore Intel or AMD processor (2GHz or faster), 8GB RAM,
a dedicated graphics card with latest drivers,
and at least 15GB hard disk space; note that for optimal performance, higher RAM (like 32GB)
is recommended.

Depends on your budget, OP. Considering you have a 10th Gen Core i7 processor, the 16 GB version of RTX 4060 Ti will be a good fit. It will satisfy your software's requirements. If you can spend a little more, buying the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER will also grant you access to the RTX 4080's dual-engine NVENC and substantially better performance, although it is faster than what your processor can realistically support - you will leave some performance untapped until you upgrade the rest of the system. I'd go with that, if it fits the bill.

Brother can you read?

Amusing thread, should we pull the "but this is the Nvidia forum and keep your AMD suggestions out" out of pure spite?

Nothing to do with spite, it's entirely due to following required specifications.

If someone can name an AMD GPU with CUDA, then feel free to recommend that.

As a happy 3080 TI owner who does some light cad work and runs Deepseek locally on Ollama, the card can pull its weight in cuda.
