It seems third party crap cables with ASUS PSU and nvidia gpu.

That 24.99 US dollar cable looks like high value - expensive cable to be used with a ~ 100€ ASUS power supply unit with a 3500€ nvidia graphic card. (when someone knows how much each part is, name, brand and price just comment below. )
