Should I make a thermal maintenance on my GPU?

You're probably fine. My used 3070 was probably running over 90C for ??? time with the previous owner before they sold it and works like champ for me after a repaste. Was there some silicon degradation in there? Maybe, but for $220 it's great and I don't run it at max except in benchmarks. The rest of the time it's chillin' at ~170W and 60C max.

Your GPU clock is super low there, looks like you may have gone overkill with the undervolt/underclock. For reference, my daily driver MHz on the 3070 is 1875MHz at 0.893V. Even with a conservative clock and UV like I like to run, you should be in that general range depending on silicon lottery. I only see you hangin' at a low ~1000 MHz in that chart.

Good catch, but I only decreased the power to %75 in MSI afterburner. Here what it looks like in full throttle:

I've never thought that pumpout effect was that fast man. That is so unfortunate..

Yeah, I would highly recommend one of the phase change pads or some TF9/TFX. I did that when I redid the water block on my card. Went from MX-6 to TFX.

FWIW 69C with 81C hotspot are still good temps considering you're using over 300W. I'd be in no rush with the phase change pad but keeping an eye on temps as you're doing. And what I do as a PT pad is in my future but my temps are still fine for now with the recent MX-6 repaste.

Yes, Thermalright is a reputable brand. They have been around for a very long time. Mostly known for their cooling products. I redid my card probably 6 months ago or longer and it is still going good. It probably helps I got a good mount on my water block too. Under high RTX loads my hotspot will get up to 80C. My 4090 uses about 400W under load. During non-RTX gaming, the hotspot barely gets to 65C.

Also, a 11C Delta between the core and hotspot is pretty good.

Ran Superposition at 1080p extreme and my 3080 TUF went to 81.7C for hotspot temps. Noctua NT-H2 as paste and using the stock cooler (I have a waterblock for this, running at air now).

+130 core, +625 memory, +50% OV, 110% power target and 91C templimit.

The Helios pad would be my choice. It should hold up better than the pastes. You really can’t go wrong with any of those.

The V2 is appears to be a newer revision. I don’t know much about that. The first revision I have used to good success on laptops. Do make sure you read the instructions.

Due keep in mind with the pads or those pastes, there is a break in period before you will get the ideal performance.

Just buy the Heilos man, that’s what’s you have been recommended for several threads now. And yes, Thermalright is a reputable brand. I mean, they just have fallen off from public perception for a while, but in the early to mid 2010s they were THE go-to competition to Noctua. And now they are basically slightly less fancy and pretentious Noctua at a third of a price.

Get a kryosheet. What you're seeing is pumpout -- i've had a kryosheet on my 4090 for almost 2 years, no change in temps.

That paste is going to pump out eventually and you will be back to 104 hotspot.

So my heilos pad has arrived and here how the latest results look like:

As you can see, hotspot temperature decreased 4 degree celsius. Also, the steady temperature during playing God of war Ragnarök (2k, DLAA, 144hz) is 64-65 degree of celsius.
At first glance, results are not miraculous but definitely much better than mx-4.

And FYI just after two weeks applying mx-4, you can clearly see the pump-out effect:

Yup, I figured it didn’t last very long. As noted above, keep in mind that the pad will take some time to break in. Just leave it on there and use your PC as normal. Over time it might take another few degrees off after break in. But you should notice that the temperature stays consistent for a given load.
