Missing ROPs is under RMA, cards will be replaced. No issue.
Fake frames refers to what, FSR FG or AFMF?
PhysX don't work on non nvidia gpus, just to be clear.
Blown power stages happen on every single card on the planet - and power stages are not designed by nvidia.
Black screens - crashing - pcie 5 not working is all a single issue, latest 57x drives with win11 24h2 don't play ball nicely. Out of all those myriad of issues, only the driver being crap is the only actual issue.
It is an issue since Nvidia sold those dies knowing they were defective, Nvidia claimed it was only on the 5090 and the 5070Ti but now a 5080 was found with missing ROPs.
Fake frames referring to Nvidia frame gen, they claimed performance increases with frame gen, while real performance increase is barely faster than the 40 series.
Blown power stages shouldn't be happening on premium $2000+ graphics cards, also Nvidia approves of every AIB design.
So Nvidia gets a pass for having bad drivers, and I doubt PCI-e 5.0 instability will be fixed with drivers, it could have something to do with the architecture itself, Blackwell server compute hardware was reported to be having issues before the Blackwell gaming GPU launch.
Didn't you say you are never buying an nvidia gpu ever again the other day?
Nvidia simply priced me out of the market, the price/performance isn't there, and given how they've treated their customers since at least the 30 series, in addition to removing PhysX I don't see a reason to give Nvidia any money. That is just my preference, I want price/performance and more raw horsepower, not fake frames.
"So many issues". You are referring to the 5 people in reddit as "many"?
Even 5 people is still too many for a GPU series which just launched with very low supply, Nvidia is supposed to be the super premium brand which never has any problems with hardware or software.
