be quiet!, the German manufacturer for premium PC components, is introducing two new models in the Pure Base 501 series: Pure Base 501 LX and Pure Base 501 DX. Pure Base 501 proves that simplicity can be exciting: useful features and a compact size make this case series perfect for any gaming or office PC. The new models cater to users who prefer ARGB lighting in their computer hardware: Pure Base 501 LX elevates the existing design of the Pure Base 501 Airflow Window by adding four pre-installed Light Wings LX fans to the case and adding an ARGB/fan hub, while Pure Base 501 DX features a brand-new front panel with ARGB lighting. Both models are available in black and white.

"With the Pure Base 501 LX and DX, we continue our commitment to combining sleek design with high performance. These cases offer stunning ARGB lighting, superior airflow, and versatile features that meet the needs of gamers and PC enthusiasts alike. We're excited to bring even more style and functionality to our customers' setups," says Aaron Licht, CEO of be quiet!.

Pure Base 501 LX & DX: Let it shine, light it up!
At first glance, Pure Base 501 LX might look identical to the Pure Base 501 Airflow Window - until you press the power button. Instead of the two Pure Wings 3 fans in the base models, Pure Base 501 LX features no less than four Light Wings LX fans: three Light Wings LX 120 mm PWM fans pull cool air from the front, while a large LX 140 mm PWM fan exhausts the warm air through the rear of the case. These fans, with their frosted fan blades and ARGB impeller, leave nothing to be desired for ARGB enthusiasts. Pure Base 501 LX also includes a hub for 6 ARGB devices and PWM fans, to support a full ARGB system.

Pure Base 501 DX is aimed at users who appreciate a modern design with ARGB features on the outside and inside the case. The high-airflow intake front panel has been redesigned to implement ARGB lighting, and three Pure Wings 3 140 mm PWM fans - one more than in the base version - provide the case with excellent cooling and airflow. The RGB lighting on the front panel is continued on the inside of the case, resulting in a sophisticated look.

Compact yet mighty
All Pure Base 501 models offer full support for motherboards with ATX, microATX, or Mini-ITX form factor. Triple fans or radiators up to 360 mm can be installed easily at the front. The case series also accommodates high-end graphics cards and supports optional vertical graphics card installation. A decoupled double HDD cage is included for versatile storage options, and the clever cable routing design keeps the interior tidy while making cable management a breeze. A USB 3.2 Gen. 2 Type C connector is available on the front panel. Like the Pure Base 501 Window models, Pure Base 501 LX and DX come with a side panel window for a perfect view of the components inside the case; unique for the two new models is a front-panel button to control the ARGB effects. Pure Base 501 LX and Pure Base 501 DX are available in black and white and come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty.

Pure Base 501 LX and Pure Base 501 DX are available for sale from March 11.

I wish they'd make a silent, compact matx or itx case. Or even one for NAS setups, nobody makes NAS cases with proper vibration and noise dampening (except Fractal, and they don't do a very good job).

Apart from Antec these days its only Bequite that supplies harddrive trays with vibration dampners. For the use case you mentioned Silverstone has a lot of options in different price segments.
