Not going to open a file especially from a brand new user.

You need to re-open gpu-z, click the black arrow next to the uefi check box and upload your bios to the vga bios collection through gpu-z itself. If you get a prompt that the bios is already in the collection with a link copy and paste that link here, if not upload it and copy and paste that link here.
