I don’t know your situation but I have used Kava tea for some non-alcohol relaxation, plus the other natural things. A good nights sleep is always a good thing.

None, I have made the Yogi tea for over 10 years, we have “Kava houses” now that are like coffee shops used to be where they serve the mouth numbing high doses that taste terrible but the tea is like cinnamon herbal.

What move? Sure, his tone was uncalled for, but I do think there was a bit of overreaction on both sides. This calamity could have easily been avoided with some honest conversation. Shame people don't do that nowadays.

Edit: Also, it's often the people shouting the loudest who are in need of someone to ask "are you okay? Do you want to talk?" Now, that won't happen.
