Can't see everything in that screenshot, get a normal gpu-z screenshot.
Then in gpu-z click advanced tab and click on the word general and change it to amd bios.
Get a picture of your sku/pn sticker from the card back or on side of heatsink please

In the GPU-Z Advanced Tab.
Click on the word General and change it to AMD BIOS, get a pic of your white sku sticker on the side of the card by the pcie blade.
