I would have been happy with scoring the Sapphire Pulse 9070 XT I had in the cart that then went OoS.

@Shou Miko gorgeuos! Not just the card, but the MATX build as well. I am on a hunt for a budget MATX case with USB-C and seeing the Asus Prime case on your pic...good thing I din't pick it. I also have a 3.5 HDD and that mounting spot is NOK in my book.

My turn :) wifi turn on PC button. Shout out to @GreiverBlade ;) I am not an Eva fan, just wanted a wifi switch.

And a toslink cable, this thing is SO thin! It didn't look like this on the Ali pics :D

If anyone want to see my Sapphire Collection click here it's not big

That should really be Sapphire's branding name for it's water cooled line. :p

Nooo, if Sapphire releases a water cooled card it will properly be the Toxic but Sapphire do not want the hassle of dealing with water cooled producted if Edward Crisler is to be believed and I totally support this because water cooled cards doesn't sell that well being with a block or an aio because with aio you have that system to worry about and do warranty and support on.

A Toxic would be AIO cooled I think. For a blocked model for custom loops it should be an Atomic.

I treated myself to a PowerColor 9070 XT for €728 ($792), which is (or should I say was) the MSRP in my country. After the first batch sold out, they raised the price to €865 ($940). The fake MSRP and price hikes from both AMD and Nvidia leave a bad taste in my mouth.

Sapphire did a limited run of a Toxic AIO of the RX 6950 XT but nothing they really want to do because of the warranties that they need to provide with AIO that's what I been told from Edward Crister their NA Rep.

But maybe it will change one day I don't know.

Toxic RX 6950 XT LE: https://www.sapphiretech.com/en/consumer/toxic-radeon-rx-6950-xt-le-16g-gddr6

I still believe that a 300-400W card can still be aircooled just fine it's when people want their full tempered glass cases which provide such limited airflow things go bad even for WC.

I ran the Nomad test in 3DMark yesterday just to get the achievement "Catchy Time" but I also ended up getting the achievement "Cool under pressure" and I was l what my RX 9070 Pure stayed below 55c :D

Frank Azor from AMD have said it was only the first supply batch of cards that was MSRP sadly because of AMD's discount on them but AMD will try to work with AIB partners to bring more MSRP models but problem is many expect more models than Sapphire Pulse, PowerColor Reaper and Gigabyte Gaming to be MSRP. I am not sure Asrock's Steel Legend series is a MSRP card.

Because you will never get a better card like Sapphire's Pure, Nitro+, Toxic and such same for PowerColor Hellhound and Red Devil, Asrock Taichi, Yeston Sakura models for MSRP because they are not built to be MSRP cards.

So if AIB partners was only allowed to make MSRP models we wouldn't see other cards like the models I listed above we would only see bad cards like Asus' Dual and MSI's Ventus cards which ain't good enough for higher end dies but can do well on entry and mid-range models.

New UPS. It's a small, single battery 700 VA PWM wave unit. Oddly enough has 6 outputs on the back, 3 of which are connected to battery backup and 3 of which are not.

Not planning to use it with a PC or laptop, it's for use with my DreamStation machine. It uses very little power so I should still get a decent runtime out of it, at least half the night if we have an outage.

It worked like a charm. It pulled almost all of the fluid out, even from the 360mm rad that had the ports at the top. Virtually no spillage pulling everything apart with only a little remnants of fluid in some of the hard tube.

FYI, the vacuum will collapse the thin wall soft tubing.

just be carefull with the copper (thin wall) flat pipes inside the rads, if they collapse it is likely inreversable.

The vacuum wasn't on it more than 20-30 seconds at a time and it was 3 rounds. I heard more noise out of them when pressure testing the system.

My generic cheap-ass mouse is having random behaviour on the left switch, so it's time for a new one.

Just ordered the Roccat Burst Pro black which had decent results in reviews and is on sale on Amazon for € 22,51

My existing interchangeable blade holder is worn out.
This set has a good selection of philipps, flat, torx screw.

I found this set. A little bit pricy. One bit does not stay properly in the box. Contents:
  • 24-piece premium tool set including pliers wrench 150 mm, 3 interchangeable blades including magnetic bit holder, 1/4 inch socket handle and magnetic adapter, SmartHolder with 16 bits, practical belt bag
  • Versatile: 1/4 inch adapter and 1/4 inch plug-in handle, 16 short bits (25 mm) in SmartHolder, ideal for craftsmen or for home use
  • Practical: includes belt pouch; for storing all tools; so that the tool is always at hand
  • Exclusive: with 3 specially designed interchangeable blades, for double-sided use of Phillips and slotted profiles and bit holder

I wanted to buy a second set but the price just nearly doubled. It's hard to tell only from marketing if something has quality or not.
