Hi, I've bought an used Biostar rx 6700 xt, but it's showing some problems: fans are too loud and temperature doesn't go above 70 degrees, sometimes when the pc is booting she mobo shows gpu not detected error even if it's working fine and some other issues.I tried to clen reinstall the drivers, but nothing changed, so i think that the bios has been modded or maybe it's corrupted. The problem is that I can't find any proper bios in the bios collection, so I wonder if any of you might have it. The model is Biostar VA67S6TML9 , the version with 2622 MHz oc, i leave further details in the attachements.
Thank you in advance

The issue is you bought a used card, have you replaced thermalpads/paste, made sure heatsink is properly installed, fans and heatsink properly cleaned???

Get a picture of your heatsink please

As far as I know you can't flash the modded bios on 6000 series also your VBIOS version is legit and it's exactly corresponds with the VBIOS version on TPU for Biostar 6700XT so there is no mismatch there....you better check that card clean it and also check your mobo and update latest bios for it but as you bought that GPU already used it's possible that this 6700 XT have some hardware issues/malfunction....In that case my advice is to contact again your seller and if you can turn it back.....GL

could it be that the bios is corrupted? In the past I have solved problems by re-flashing the original bios
Well who knows maybe It's not impossible but corrupt bios usually do not manifest like what you described.....
P.S.This maybe is desperate move but if you didn't already tried then DDU your drivers first and then try to install THIS driver that Biostar recommended on their website for your particular card model
