It's been over half a year since the last GTA IV trailer, but as Rockstar nears completion of its first Grand Theft Auto game during the Xbox 360/PS3 era, it's set to release another trailer later today. The "Move up, ladies" trailer is to go live at 8:00 PM GMT (3:00 PM EMT) tonight, so head over to the GTA IV website if you want to take a look at it. If you want a preview of the content, Rockstar has also released some new screenshots from the trailer which Eurogamer has posted here - I've posted a few below. GTA IV is due to be released sometime between February and April next year.

Update: the trailer is now online, so take a look and see what you think.

The game will initially be release on both PS3 and Xbox 360, and it's likely the PC will follow a year or so later

all i know is those screenies are from the 360, and you can tell that lack of AA, the thing which the ps3 does better at.

less than two hours to go!

enjoy!

Looks great!

The effects are top notch, the animation is top notch, the story line is top notch, its the uber game!

I love this Russian theme! Absolutely brilliant, I was always a fan of the San Andreas theme- yeah we all want to secretly be black and down wit da hood! So for something just as cool to come up as an idea is a whopping success for me!

Rockstar do have a good track record for gameplay in sequels unlike EA.
So the expectations are doing to be high with this episode.
Only Rockstar balls up I can think of is the State of Emergency series which I think was only under thier name but not made by them.
