Specs:
Processor: Core 2 Duo E4600
Memory: 2x1GB DDR800
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA P35 DS3L Rev 2.0
Video Card: ASUS HD3850 512MB with Exclusive Glaciator Fansink
Hard Drive(s): Western Digital WD 3200 SATAII 320GB
Optical: 20X AOpen DVD+RW
Power Supply: Proprietary RS-460-PCAR-A3
Enclosure: Coolermaster RC690
Cooling:
-All 120mm fan slots occupied with a Coolermaster Value fan (the exact same type as the ones supplied)
-Scythe Katana CU CPU Cooler
Extra: Netgear Wifi Card

Mods:
Cable Management, Heaps of Zip ties, removed some of the front cables since they did nothing and caused some issues with mounting the burner (firewire;board doesnt support it, ESATA,Front panel audio), removed the 3'25 adaptor for the 5'25 bay, replaced the CPU 12v 8 pin power with a 8 pin 12v cpu + Molex dongle due to the 12v power being too short.

with some help from a friend, i assembled this system, it took some time thanks to most of the parts being delayed (sh**ty shops). Its so far turned out the way I wanted it to, actually even better than I wanted to since I got some generous discounts and better part options after looking around. I hope you guys comment and like it! This is a challenge to Tkpenalty! (Please look at all the pics btw...)

Yup, because your PSU doesn't interfere with the airflow big deal inside the case, it's an efficient design. The blower at the bottom is the ideal fresh-air intake location unlike most people having intake fans at the HDD bays. 8/10

Sladesurfer's throne is intact though.

I'm with you on that! Tk and Slade are geniuses... I'd give you 9/10, but I think TK has you beat... and we all wish we were like Slade... he even has my favorite name....

very clean. I'm almost kicking myself for not getting this case. My housemate already had one though. Can't have the same case as him!

Wait, isn't this the system that TK built for his friend?
I'm getting confused now. It looks exactly the same, same cooler, same case, same setup.

Either way, nice cable management, kicks the ass of my cable management attempts every time.

Yup, sorry, I really did get confused, jsut thought you had posted it in a previous thread, and said "I built this syetm for a friend, took longest to get the CPU cooler attached". It was someone else then it seems.
I'm a bit out of it, heheh.

Your next big improvement should be spray-painting the whole interior black....it'll make the whole thing look twice as roomy.
