GT is based on real racing, not focusing on some damage model. GT fans don't care about damage because they know how well racing is in GT. GT sets the bar for racings sims. If you want to go play some game where you want to see damage go pick up Motorstorm or Forza. Have fun hitting people and running into walls on purpose just to see damage models.
Good racing makes for a better game than damage models. That's why GT is so successful.
i agree! the only thing im worried about is driving on courses where smashing into the wall and using it to make tight turns is actually beneficial.
