CPU overheating for no visible reason

From your description with the tubing being hot, it sounds like the heat transfer to the block just fine, but not to the working liquid. Are you sure the AIO even working properly? Some early batches of MSI coreliquid got problematic gunk-prone coolant. It was recalled, but worth checking I...

    What's your latest tech purchase?

Got NOS SX8200P for cheap, still not even sure what exactly I got. I guess they're truly mix and match and don't come in specific versions like what SSD DB here imply.

Tokyo Electron Develops Memory Channel Hole Etching for 400+ Layer 3D NAND Flash

GWP is an index of how potent a substance is compared to CO2 at causing global warming. That claim about process reduction could mean anything tbf. Probably something like using less or different etchant. Semiconductor plasma etching uses a *lot* of fluorine and chlorine compound (fluoroform, etc)

    Crucial P3 Plus 1TB vs WD SN770 1TB

I don't think being DRAM less is the main problem here. Sounds like the typical QLC problem compounded by outstandingly horrible cache management. I mean, how do you even need to wait for 15 minutes to flush...

Is my CPU Fried? BiOS not showing up anymore

If it can boot into windows then the BIOS still works. The long wait maybe related to you forcing shutdown. It may do component checks or windows doing chkdisk or something similar in the background, but I'm not sure why that's hidden from you.

    RX570 Issue - 2 strips of pixels + Code 43

Things doesn't look promising for sure. Tho only missing a row is kinda weird for a GPU failure. I mean, have you tried reseating or moving the card to other slots? Just to be sure. It happens all the time, thanks to windows update...

advice on bridging the crowbar out

Make sure you disable the PSU's 5V and 3V regulator, or simply cut the sensing trace first (you can bridge back with solder later). Otherwise injecting external supply will make them try to pull each other into destruction, or at the least making your voltage injection useless. Most post...

    CPU Heatsink fans

If the grinding noise persist even when you remove the fan from its mounting then likely its bearing is toast.

    GPU suddenly died?

If you got multimeter, check: Resistance between D (positive) and M (negative) Resistance between M (positive) and S (negative) Edit: Unpowered of course. Tho IMO it doesn't look that suspect.

advice on bridging the crowbar out

Once you set it in the minmax mode, pushing the "MINMAX" button repeatedly should make it cycle between showing max, min, and avg reading. Although I doubt it can properly capture the transient. The glitch can be as narrow as 100us.

advice on bridging the crowbar out

Wait, what? I was commenting about identifying what's in pin 2 itself, not about shorting anything into anything else... There are several common practices when designing a PCB, and copper pour on GND is one of the most widespread one. I do agree modifying things without understanding how it...

advice on bridging the crowbar out

If non-load bearing part got copper pour on a single pin, it's GND 80% of the time. The other 20% is the part's floating reference, which kinda the same thing as its own GND. What's wrong with getting a replacement? It or its many other equivalent parts are like only a buck if you order by...

advice on bridging the crowbar out

It's a "standard" part, look at WT7502 for example. Also, please, anyone with decent electronic knowledge would recognize pin 2 as GND even without looking at datasheet....

How to quickly & easily fix coil-whine(coil choke noise)

Check first if acetone will dissolve or weaken the inductor molding itself before applying (It's more of a problem with the adjacent inductor since they're rarely alone). It's rare but not unheard of.
