It takes about 40 secs to fully boot where 20sec is bios starting up cause of OC. I guess you should consider it loud but for me that ain't a problem. Its damn fast tho

Hey, in response to your question, The main, most important factor is that you disable thermal monitoring on the CPU fan connection so that the PUMP is always running on max voltage. I think that this is what might have happened to my ECO. If you make sure that your BIOS settings are good as far as that goes, you'll be fine

You could! Check out frozenCPU.com they have all kinds of side panel kits. All you need is a dremel or jig saw to get started then use a file to smooth it out.

I actually never used the fans, I replaced all of them as soon as it arrived. Let me know if you can fix it.
