I thought U might know the answer on my question.

I've got a Gigabyte R9 390 G1. The core voltage is locked in MSI afterburner.
When I receive the ROM from my card and open this in Hawaii BIOS reader. Can I change the DPM2-DPM7 settings to , 1050 and lower the voltage??

I'm afraid to make my GPU crash, is this a hardware protection or a software protection?

Back in PC gaming land, and I have xfire 480s to play with,, now if I could just drag myself away from that godamn 3dmark app Grrr.
