In your link others than EVGA's are hard to tell, but EVGA ones are the new ones, have the new PCB, etc... If you look at them closely you'll see they are shorter, hence new.
Prices are ok too IMO, $159 for a slightly overclocked 1GB card seems about right to me. $10 cheaper than the average HD4850 1 GB, while at the same time is faster.
evga's 9800GTX+ and GTS250's are both based on the new short PCB, hence, same, so are BFG's and a few other manufacturers
