The point is the kind of performance it will getA GTX275 pulls more than 200W+ too and there was a GTX295 isn't it? In fact, the GTX470 doesn't suck much more power than the GTX275 at all.

A single GTX 465 still pulls 200W+ and two of them sucks more power than even a 4870X2, so the answer is still no
Unless they clock down the 465, but in that case why bother?
