As Intel CPU + AMD GPU notebooks are non-existent, it's mainly NV that needs to worry.
They are working hard at making a CPU to be competitive, and given they success in GPU tech and FPGA like hardware they might pull it off, but they won't make a dent in the serious laptop/desktop market as the whole system is X86-64 based and the compatibility is too much of an issue.
