12400F and RX 6600 system sometimes gives a 'no signal' error during games. Just now, it happened in the game The Casting of Frank Stone™. This has occurred a few times. I ran a 30-minute FurMark test and 15-minute OCCT power and CPU+RAM tests. I also used the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. No errors or shutdowns were detected!

RAM: XPG Gammix D30 2x8 RAM
Storage (SSD): WD SN570 500GB
Graphics Card: ASUS Dual AMD RX 6600
Motherboard: ASUS Prime H610M-K D4
Processor: Intel Core i5-12400F
PSU: FSP Hydro K Pro 500W 80+ Bronze

In the FurMark test, I enabled 8X MSAA, and the GPU was around 50°C, running at approximately 98% utilization. During the OCCT test, the CPU temperature never exceeded 83°C, or if it did, it certainly never hit 90°C.

Windows automatically generated a dumpstack.log and a Minidump file. I'm not sure if the two files are identical. If you can analyze these files and identify the issue, please let me know.

Note: This random 'no signal' error also occurred once or twice in Red Dead Redemption 2, particularly after changing game settings. It was resolved after updating the GPU driver, but I think it happened one more time afterward. When it also happened in this game, I started thinking it might be hardware-related. However, as I mentioned, no issues were detected in the tests I performed. The error occurred with both the 24.5.1 and 24.10.1 drivers.

BIOS is up to date. Drivers are up to date. Running Windows 11 24H2.

There is no issue with my monitor cables. Can you analyze the Dumpstack and Minidump files, if you are familiar with them? Thank you.
You dont know that

That's the message from the monitor. Meaning the video crashed, very likely.

OC'ing GPU core too much or a faulty GPU, very likely.

If the GPU were faulty, wouldn't it show 'no signal' in FurMark?
Dunno, as it may have been auto-underclocked when running Furmark. Unigine Superposition 1080p Extreme is what you should run.

Do you have a TV? It may be a faulty TV. Same with some monitors. I have a monitor sitting around that seems to randomly give up and say "No Signal", IIRC. (I suspect the monitor is faulty, because it was built during the very-early pandemic, when it barely was declared a health emergency worldwide.)

I have a TV, but since this issue doesn't always occur, I don't want to bother with it too much. Maybe the problem is clear in the minidump or dumpstack files I mentioned in the topic, but I don't know how to examine them in detail. My monitor is new, a Gigabyte G24F-2.

@eidairaman1 @RJARRRPCGP Is there any issue? How is the core speed?

Post-Fx off.

Post-Fx on. The screen looks odd because Post-Fx is enabled. I think it's due to this setting in the application affecting visuals, not related to the graphics card.

Core speed should be a lot closer to 2.5 GHz, at least. This is why I can tell easier with Unigine Superposition, which has meaningful rendering, compared to this.

In Superposition, you shouldn't have under-utilization issues. Especially the 1080p Extreme preset.

How did you get crash dump files if it did not crash?

I thought it was a setting within FurMark, my apologies.
I'll share the results when I run the Superposition Benchmark test.

While I was in the game, it showed "no signal," and Windows automatically created Minidump and Dumpstack files.

So it blue-screened or else-wise crashed? Trying to determine if the driver crashed or the whole system did.

It showed no signal, and it rebooted, and you had to relaunch everything?

A driver crash wouldn't have produced those files, but a BSOD would. use bluescreenview to examine the files.

User needs to disable automatic restarts when it crashes

That's "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA", the stop error code associated with RAM hardware woes. It's possible that the RAM just isn't seated properly. It's also recommended to clean the RAM slots with isopropyl alcohol. It's like my Asus P6T6 WS Revolution RAM woes.

First I suggest to test the RAM with TestMem5, with the anta777 preset.
