Got an update notification from Crimson, a newer version of Crimson just released. Driver version is still 16.7.2, however the following improvements was detailed in the release notes:
1. Support for DOOM (with Vulkan API) – enables performance enhancements through support for Async Compute and Shader Intrinsics.
2. These drivers are now Microsoft WHQL certified
